911 is but a flickering memory to the majority of Americans. We need to wake up and stop all of these extremiest while they are over seas. Their main goal is to kill us. We under estimated them the first time, and we can not and will not give them another chance. All I hear is bring all of the troops back home. We can not afford to have another Viet Nam. I stayed in the military after Nam because of all of the night mares and by staying in the military I was with my kind, all of us who were called murders and child killers. Plus this gave the United states a label as we are afraid and will cut and run when the going gets tought. We need to get all of the polloticians to do their job and stop trying to find way's to screw over President Bush. We all are Americans and need to stand beside the President and see this war to the end. I am damm proud to be a AMERICAN, and will fight for my country til the last drop of blood leaves my body. Be you a Democrat , Republican , or Indpendent we need to be Americans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's just a shame. The extreme muslims are the same as the inquisitions. The roman priests came in and the armies right behind them. Convert or die. Today it's called ethnic cleansing. Study history, force doesn't, hasn't and never will work but for a short time. I guess that's why they have to murder while they can and how can you MURDER innocent people, regardless of which side you claim to be on and not know you are the very DEVIL himself. That one was a murderer when he began

I think the terrorist don't really care about their Koran they are mindless robots employed by people like Osama to carry out their suicide attacks on innocent people, while Osama hides away in caves like the coward he is. What is the point of blowing up their own people. Like I said they are nothing less than cowards. Many of the Arabs are for the US clearing out the terrorist but are afraid to say anything less they and their family will be killed by the cowards. People of America we must stand behind our President and push for the anilalation of the terrorist. Pray for our troops. I am 66 years old and ex military even at my age I would return the the Battlefeild to protect our citizens. God Bless America.

We need to get rid of our elected politicians who have forgotten their oath of office and have been using the public trust for their own gains, be they financial or for their owh egos.

Jihad has been defined by different Muslims differently just as eternal damnation afterlife consequences has been described by different people who call themselves Christians has been. I think we have a major problem in the world when it's citizens base their judgments and delving out of power privilidge and prestige worthiness on a mythological unproven concept of eternal damnation in afterlife, no matter whether it comes from a so called Christian or Muslim. When I think about the Bible or the Koran or any other "good book", I think about people banding together to survive listenning to the stories their ancestors told, like I tell my grandchildren to bring them some peace. Fortunately for many in those days when the Bible was being written and rewritten/translated, people were throwing stones at their enemies, not suicide bombs and weapons of mass destruction. It would seem that there is a large enough body of evidence to disprove the Adam and Eve beginning so that we can then question the rest of the story incident by incident and make sense of whatever we can from the rest of the story. I think the major interest in any advice on how to live is if it is for mankind, for functional civilization, for healing....and anything that doesn't work towards that should be considered harassment if it is pushed as some sort of unquestionable truth. If Americans want the Jihadist(terror types) to relinquish their thoughts and actions about that Jihad, I think we need to replace the large pains of glass we live in for houses that worship eternal damnation as some unrefutable truth, when there is no proof for it, neither there being proof that Jesus was any more special in total worshipability than any one other person in history. Crowd control in this manner worked for centuries while the stones were a being tossed. It doesn't work now and it's practice should be repented from and released into space and time. When this happens on our own turf, maybe we can expect the "other side" to take a love road less taken. But never let our guard down to any terrorism anywhere spiritual or physical. It has happened here with so called Christians and in family abuses untold. It is time to let the cat out of the bag. Forgive Affirmed Spirit. "Be thou apostles unto each other for functional civility and healing sake."

If the world could get rid of the people who teach each other to hate each other, because of race, religion or whatever, we would all live peacefully. The governments of this world do not represent the wise and true creator of our planet and life with it. That intellinent force is neither violent, cruel or a murderer. Until all of the people of this planet decide to lay their stubborn, inhuman, depressing, oppresive governments and religions aside, their will never be any peace anywhere. Our creator deserves to be listened to.

It's coming folks! # 8 coomment obviously doesn't believe in Jesus or what he did. But guess what....he is coming back to earth and I pray we will all be ready! Pray for us all............God bless you!

I don't usually get into things like this or politics, but somehow, I came across this site and read what has been written. This really gets my attention. First, I'm a full blooded American to the bone! I have one son in the Marines and another in the Army. Now, do any of you know what the word Islam means? To surrender your will to God and to acquire peace in your soul. A Muslim is a follower of Islam. The philosophy of Islam begins with God and ends with the inevitable journey of all people back to their Creator. It may be surprising to learn that Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world today, outpacing Christianity, and all other belief systems through a mixture of conversation and natural increase. However, even more eye-opening is the fact that Islam is also the fastest-growing religion in North America. With nearly 2,000 mosques and populations approaching one million. Islam and Christianity really isn't that much different from one another and I don't care if you/someone bought the Koran/Qu'ran. Find more information as I have. Ask a fellow Muslim, they would be happy to tell you/someone of their religion, beliefs and lives. Since Sept. 11, there has been outrageous bigotry and predudice against this world religion and its followers. The Council of American Islamic Relations released a report in May of 2004 outlining a 70% increase in anit-Muslim bias and violence in the US, and that was just covering the prior year of hate-crime statistics. In addition, an attitude of blanket condemnation and guilty-by-association, by ignorant, prejudicial, and inflammatory statements are, unfortunately, all too common today. Though for the most part it is Muslims who notice their frequency and their effect on our freedom. This rhetoric of hate has now filtered down into the lives of ordinary Muslim AMERICANS, who have become frequent victims of discrimination in public and private places as well as targets of harassment, verbal assault, and hate crimes! So, please don't discriminate a whole race of Muslims because of what is going on overseas? It is wrong to do. During WW II Japanese Americans were rounded up and detained for "security" reasons. Hypocrisy and racism was obvious then, and Muslims feel as if they are the current, "foreign" group suffering from mininformation, hysteria, stereotypes, and collective judgements. Now, I ask you. Would you want someone/people to come to our country and believe that your/our race be discriminated against because of others in your/our race have done bad, horrible things that we/I had no control over? Do you want to be discriminated against, I ask again? Your answer would be, No. The news on TV doesn't tell the "whole story." Go on-line and find answers for yourself, or buy yourself a book, but not the Koran or Qur'an, it is their Bible and can be confusing for those of us that do not understand. But, their God, is our God also! I know that I'll find this site again, but go find the information. Find someone that is Muslim and ask questions. I have made friends with people that are Muslim; normal speaking, American born and there is a bond there.
