It is sad to be a witness to the inexorable decline and eventual disappearance of such a magnificent animal and an equally sad comment on us humans, homo sapiens the all knowing, great destroyers.

I've been to Kahna National Park and actually seen a large 3 metre tiger with a kill on elephant back. What people don't seem to understand that its so magnificant to see that creature and your heart beating as you gaze as its majestic stature. It's one of those things that you have to see to really care about...

I don't understand why people feel the need to kill a beautiful animal. It can't be the fur that's why god gave us skin.So it's not like we don't already have sweaters, longjohns and ect....Their are plenty of vegetarians so don't even try to say you need the meat. JUST STOP THE KILLING!!!!

It is very sad to see what the world has come to. If we can't co-exist with animals how to we think we can do it with each other. God put those tigers here just like us, and who are we to kill them just for monitary gain. When they are gone we have done away with one of lifes most precious gifts. We need to realize that not only are we killing the animals but we are also killing a peice of us and the lives of our children's future.

i would have to side with the gentleman from the wildlife reserve in india.... it is sad that human have to place in a rule/ law against follow human as shot first and ask question later but it is us as human are reliable to not destroy and more natural wildlife and biomes. But there is very uneducated individuals that don't understand that if they kill the tiger off then they is no income for them.. So why not turn a positive income by helping increase the population of the tiger to make a more high diversity area for the economy to incease though more education agencies and tourism. The tourism will come in the case of the world's love for the beauity and proud that the tiger holds in society. The India population need to build community safe and beauitful for the tourism to roll in... etc. thing can be made in the hope and need to save the world's beauties....

Thank you to 60 Minutes & Belinda Wright for exposing one of the most evil of criminals; the poacher, and the threat they pose to one of the world's most magnificent creatures. Ya'll made a magnificent team in your efforts to bring attention to the impending extinction of the Tiger (I also appreciate your loving attention to the elephants - I am worried about them as well). I hope the rest of the world feels as compelled to rush to the aid of tigers as I did after seeing your fantastic footage. Their existence and presence is a symbol of wild freedom, strength, and power: feelings we all crave to have ourselves at times. A human 's existence in today's world without visions of this beautiful animal would have a huge void to fill. God's Speed and Good Luck to you Ms. Wright in your efforts to protect tigers, and a World of Thanks to 60 Minutes for continuing to know the stories that are important to the public.
