The Ray Gun

It's no longer the stuff of science fiction: the Pentagon has a real-life ray gun! It's officially called the "Active Denial System" and it shoots out a 100,000 watt beam of invisible radio waves which stops a person in their tracks. Correspondent David Martin experiences its stopping power first hand.

If you so worried about homeless people, why don't u go feed them? You have time to read this on a computer and complain, but not to do something yourself?

This is more than playing with ray-guns. This is a non lethal way to disperse crowds in any situation that mean harm to the brave men and women of our armed forces. Maybe you should think before you talk.

You know, paying people to build weapons creates a lot of jobs. If you feel so bad about people starving around the world, why don't you send some more money to one of the countless non-profits that helps feed them. Do you? The US government is already one of the most charitable governments to other peoples in the world. Turn off caps lock and go get educated.

What a great idea ... a non-lethal way to deter those who might otherwise resort to violence or mayhem ... it's like firing a warning shot, without having to worry about the bullets!
