For more than a decade, Martorano was the chief executioner for Boston's Winter Hill gang, a loose confederation of Irish and Italian-American gangsters run by James "Whitey" Bulger. Martorano, a former Catholic altar boy and high school football star, became a cool and calculating killer. For years, he was one of the most feared men in Boston, and this is why. . .

I find this really an interesting segment. This man is a murderer - but an honest one.

Why is a confessed serial killer walking the streets free? Others have faced the death penalty for lesser crimes. If he is hoping for atonement by confessing his crimes to 60 minutes, he will be most disappointed. I find this segment very troubling. When did right become wrong, and wrong become right?

Yeah he confessed, to the feds for a deal, which means no jail time as long as he coughs up the goods on who he worked for and what h edid so thats why he is allowed to walk the streets today and not in prison.

I think the person above is retarded, killing 20 people because your boss orders you too does not make one a serial killer. Serial killers kill out of sexual gratification, not for gain.

"Deystroy all that which is evil, so all that which is good may flourish" - Boondock Saints He pretty much said that in his interview, the only people he killed were bad people, and if you still disagree with that, then you may as well disagree with the death penalty, Dead is Dead, Murder is Murder. Furthermore, please check your definition of a serial killer, i'm sure you'll find that you are clearly mistaken.
